Soccer Recap: Kenton vs. Ada
While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Kenton was not quite Ada's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell just short of the Ada Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2019.

Marlon Lopez scored both of Kenton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.
This is the second loss in a row for Kenton and nudges their season record down to 4-6-3. As for Ada, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kenton will take on Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Memorial is coming into the game with five straight victories at home, so Kenton will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for Ada, they are taking a road trip to square off against Cory-Rawson at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
