Soccer Recap: Prairie Ridge Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Prairie Ridge after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Crystal Lake Central Tigers by a score of 2-1. Prairie Ridge were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Crystal Lake Central apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Prairie Ridge is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7-2. As for Crystal Lake Central, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3-3.
