Basketball Game Preview: Brearley Bears vs. Roselle Rams

The Brearley Bears will head out on the road to take on the Roselle Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brearley has given up an average of 62.7 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 81-40, which was the final score in Brearley's tilt against Middlesex on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Roselle came up short against Newark Tech last Saturday and fell 61-54.

Brearley has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Roselle, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Brearley lost to Roselle on the road by a decisive 58-39 margin in their previous meeting back in January of 2025. Can the Bears avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
