While Cross put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Military Magnet Academy. The Trojans took their game with ease, bagging a 51-0 victory over the Eagles. That 51 point margin sets a new team best for the Trojans this season.

Cross can attribute much of their success to Tyler Harris, who threw for 125 yards and three TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes. What's more, Harris racked up 163.2 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.

Cross' win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 46.8 points this season. As for Military Magnet Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cross will take on Branchville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Military Magnet Academy, they will face off against Bethune-Bowman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will be up against the Mohawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 45.8 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
