Baseball Recap: Nestucca Comes Up Short

Nestucca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They fell 11-6 to the Knappa Loggers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Loggers this season, with their most recent loss being a 10-0 defeat on Friday.

Brady Hurliman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Nestucca's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Knappa, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5.

Nestucca does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Knappa, they will take on St. Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
