Softball Recap: Norwood Has No Trouble Against Deer Park

After losing to Deer Park the last time they met, Norwood decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indians were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Wildcats on Tuesday.

Norwood has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Deer Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Norwood will take on Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Deer Park, they will host Mt. Healthy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
