It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but San Tan Charter ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles, sneaking past 3-1. Winning may never get old, but the Roadrunners sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Ayden Aronowitz was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

San Tan Charter pushed their record up to 19-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6.

Coming up, San Tan Charter will head out to challenge Lincoln Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
