After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rock Hill, South Pointe was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Richland Northeast Cavaliers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

While South Pointe won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 26-24.

South Pointe's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Richland Northeast, they dropped their record down to 3-13 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Coming up, South Pointe will venture away from home to challenge Rock Hill at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Richland Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
