Basketball Recap: Richman Takes a Loss

Richman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 33-27 heartbreaker at the hands of the West 50th Street Seahawks. Richman lost against West 50th Street in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 56-29 score last time.

Richman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West 50th Street, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richman will take on Environmental in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West 50th Street, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Rustin at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
