Basketball Recap: Hamady Comes Up Short

If Hamady was feeling good fresh off their 66-25 takedown of Morrice last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hamady Hawks lost to Saginaw United at home by a 74-55 margin on Friday.

Hamady's defeat dropped their record down to 14-2. As for Saginaw United, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Hamady wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 66-63 loss against Port Huron Northern on the 8th. Saginaw United has also already played their next game (against Mt. Pleasant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
