Soccer Game Preview: St. Paul's vs. Deerfield Academy

St. Paul is 0-4 against Deerfield Academy since October of 2021 but things could change on Saturday. The Big Red will host the Big Green at 3:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, St. Paul's didn't have quite enough to beat Kimball Union Academy and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, St. Paul's can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 75th, while Kimball Union Academy are ranked 14th).

Meanwhile, Deerfield Academy has been on a difficult stretch since their win on August 30. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kent School on Saturday.

St. Paul's loss dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Deerfield Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-3.
