Basketball Recap: Reeltown Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Reeltown hadn't done well against Loachapoka recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Reeltown Rebels snuck past the Loachapoka Indians with a 33-27 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rebels as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Despite the loss, Loachapoka still got an impressive performance from Essense Key, who posted 12 points and seven boards.

Reeltown's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-9. As for Loachapoka, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Reeltown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 36-35 victory against Central of Coosa County on the 29th. Loachapoka does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
