Softball Recap: Shoals Comes Up Short

Shoals lost against Eastern Greene back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jug Rox lost 19-2 to the Thunderbirds.

Shoals saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hadley Haulk, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Shoals' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Eastern Greene, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Shoals will challenge Barr-Reeve at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eastern Greene, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Knox at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
