Volleyball Recap: Palmer Bulldogs vs. Troy Trojans
Palmer and Troy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Palmer had to settle for second. They came up short against the Troy Trojans, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 25-16.
Lexey Maxwell paced Palmer's offense, picking up ten kills. Maxwell got some help from
Harley Ellis and her ten assists.
Palmer's loss dropped their record down to 24-18. As for Troy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-16.
Palmer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Troy, they will face off against Franklin on Thursday. Troy is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
