Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Sandia Matadors walked away with it. They walked away with a 69-61 victory over the Storm on Saturday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Sandia was led to victory by Zaire Ndyabagye and Thomas Adams. Ndyabagye scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and two steals, while Adams went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 33 points and 3 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Adams has scored all season. Gad Harris was another key contributor, scoring two points along with six assists and six rebounds.
