Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Post). They walked away with an 11-6 win over the Springlake-Earth Wolverines on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Antelopes as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Landyn Garcia and Colton Hawkins did most of the damage at the plate: Garcia scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2, while Hawkins scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. IsaIah Moreno was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Post always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Post's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Springlake-Earth, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Post will host New Home at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Springlake-Earth, they will welcome Kress at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Springlake-Earth has given up an average of 7.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
