Basketball Recap: Cape Cod RVT Takes a Loss

Cape Cod RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 59-37 to the Monomoy Sharks. The contest marked the Crusaders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Cape Cod RVT's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Monomoy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cape Cod RVT will venture away from home to face off against Old Colony RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Monomoy, they will square off against Sandwich at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
