Soccer Recap: Hoover Finishes Even with Muir

On Thursday, the Hoover Tornados and the Muir Mustangs finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw.

Davit Tagvoryan was the only thing that stood between Hoover and a shutout considering he scored both of Hoover's goals, bringing his season total up to eight goals.

Hoover's draw gives them a new season record of 6-2-2. As for Muir, they moved theirs to 7-1-3.

Hoover will take on Crescenta Valley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hoover is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season. As for Muir, they will face off against Burbank at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. Burbank will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Muir surely won't give up without a fight.
