Basketball Recap: Puxico Comes Up Short

After flying high against Twin Rivers last Friday, Puxico came back down to earth. The Puxico Indians took a 63-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Potosi Trojans.

Puxico's loss dropped their record down to 23-2. As for Potosi, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4.

Puxico wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 77-67 defeat against Woodland on the 22nd. Potosi has also already played their next contest (against Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
