It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jefferson had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They strolled past the Harlandale Indians with points to spare, taking the game 48-33. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jefferson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trey Perez, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten rebounds. Perez's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Rafael Gonzalez was another key player, going 6-for-8 en route to 12 points.
Jefferson's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-12. As for Harlandale, their record is now 19-12.
Looking ahead, Jefferson will take on Liberty Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty Hill will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something Jefferson surely won't give up without a fight. Harlandale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
