Veterans had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Wednesday. They came out on top against the West Laurens Raiders by a score of 2-0. The Warhawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Raiders, too.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Veterans was: they took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-5.

Veterans' win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for West Laurens, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Coming up, Veterans will head out on the road to face off against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. West Laurens has already played their next matchup (against Perry), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
