Softball Recap: Robert C. Byrd Find Success

Robert C. Byrd never let their opponents score on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Liberty Mountaineers as they made off with a 15-0 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Mountaineers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Khloe McAvoy was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Lexi Hardy, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.

Robert C. Byrd always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .519. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March.
