It's playoff time, and North Miami had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 36-25 victory over the Southern Wells Raiders on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.

North Miami found their leader in sophomore Kayden Donaldson, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which Donaldson has scored at least a third of North Miami's points. Grace Sailors was another key player, putting up seven points and nine rebounds.

North Miami smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 19 consecutive games.

Southern Wells lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ashlie Needler, who posted six points and 14 boards. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Paxson, who put up eight points and six boards.

North Miami's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Southern Wells, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 16-8 record this season.

North Miami wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 38-22 win against Southwood on the 7th. Southern Wells does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
