Volleyball Recap: West Wilkes Blackhawks vs. North Surry Greyhounds

West Wilkes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the North Surry Greyhounds, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blackhawks of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14, 25-18.

Julie Anna Lawson had an outrageously good game for North Surry as she had 23 digs. Lawson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season.
