Volleyball Recap: Long County's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Long County waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tattnall County Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Long County was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10.

Long County's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Tattnall County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Long County will face off against Bradwell Institute at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tattnall County, they will venture away from home to face off against Wayne County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
