If Tishomingo was feeling good  fresh off their  46-24 takedown of Comanche last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians took a  blow against the Holdenville Wolverines on Friday, falling  66-13. The  contest marked the Indians' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 Despite the loss, Tishomingo still got an impressive performance from   Dylan Burton, who rushed for 107 yards and one  TD.
 Holdenville got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Abe Gomez out in front who rushed for 141 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only 12 carries. Gomez's rushing production has been exceptional  recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 117  rushing yards.  Memphis Thionnet was in the mix  as well, providing Holdenville with three scores.
Tishomingo's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Holdenville, the  win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
 Tishomingo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  42-19  defeat against Davis on the 10th. As for Holdenville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  52-26  victory against Beggs on the 10th.
