Softball Recap: Skyview Storm vs. Union Titans

Skyview put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They won by a run and slipped past the Union Titans 4-3. That's two games straight that Skyview has won by just one run.

Maddie Milhorn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 14 consecutive pitching appearances.

At the plate, Skyview let L Phillips and L Royle loose on the outfield. Phillips went 2-for-4 with a home run, while Royle scored a run while going 3-for-4.
