Softball Recap: Oswego's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Oswego lost against Christian Brothers Academy back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bucs fell just short of the Brothers by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Bucs' first of the season.

Kaelyn Bond was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. She also hit two doubles, marking her first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Oswego fell to 3-1. As for Christian Brothers Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Oswego will challenge Jamesville-DeWitt at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Christian Brothers Academy, they will host Marcellus at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
