Basketball Recap: WISH Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against New Designs Watts last Tuesday, WISH Academy came back down to earth. The WISH Academy Owls fell 63-51 to the Animo Watts Warriors on Tuesday. The Owls were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 64-54.

WISH Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Animo Watts, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-3.

Coming up, WISH Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Burton at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. WISH Academy is facing Burton at the right time seeing as Burton is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. Animo Watts does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
