Anthony Wayne had already won 16 in a row and they went ahead and made it 17 on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Olentangy Orange Pioneers.

Anthony Wayne had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-19.

Leah Pike paced Anthony Wayne's offense, picking up 17 kills. Pike got some help from Alayna Rieger and her 37 assists. Mallory Pike and Addy O'Shea kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Anthony Wayne's victory bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Olentangy Orange, with the defeat, they broke their 16-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-2.
