Soccer Recap: Capitol Hill Comes Up Short

Capitol Hill lost against Edmond Memorial back in April of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Redwolves lost 5-0 to the Bulldogs. Capitol Hill have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Capitol Hill now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Edmond Memorial, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Capitol Hill is set to challenge their familiar foe Edmond North at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Edmond Memorial will square off against rival Putnam City North at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Edmond Memorial's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Putnam City North have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
