Football Recap: Sedgwick County Victorious

Mancos came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Sedgwick County, but Owen Harris wouldn't allow it. The Cougars sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 18-16 victory over the Bluejays on Saturday with plenty of help from Harris, who rushed for 183 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up two sacks and made nine total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Despite the loss, Mancos still got an impressive performance from Jonah H Ritter, who picked up 49 receiving yards and one TD, and also rushed for 73 yards.
