Volleyball Recap: ALA - Anthem South Comes Up Short

ALA - Anthem South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the St. John Paul II Catholic Lions.

ALA - Anthem South's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for St. John Paul II Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ALA - Anthem South will welcome Madison Highland Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. John Paul II Catholic, they will host Gilbert Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
