Soccer Recap: Coronado's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After failing to score in their last match, Coronado made sure to put some goals up on the board against Plainview on Friday. They never let the Plainview Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Julia Pesina was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

Coronado's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-6. As for Plainview, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

Coincidentally, Coronado and Plainview will both be playing Caprock the next time they take the pitch. Coronado will host Caprock at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Plainview will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on March 7th.
