Erie benefitted from Hartel in 58-19 win
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Maddie Hartel stepped things up a notch to give Erie the 'W'. Brighton had no answer to Hartel as she scored 14 points along with three steals.
Hartel and Erie won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Knights at 12:00 p.m. on February 3rd. Hartel will face off against Lila Nuttle on Saturday, Fairview's star shooting guard. Will Hartel turn in another gem to overcome Erie? We'll have our answer very soon.
