Bailey Goad was excellent on Monday, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 5.2 strikeouts per game. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with more than seven strikeouts. On the season, Goad has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of .98 over 50 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.600/0.677/1.060 with 32 runs.
