Volleyball Recap: Mercyhurst Prep Comes Up Short

Mercyhurst Prep lost against Fairview back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lakers lost 3-0 to the Tigers. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mercyhurst Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Fairview, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mercyhurst Prep is set to face off against their familiar foe Iroquois at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fairview will square off against rival Girard at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
