Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Yasmin Burrell stepped things up a notch to give St. John the 'W'. Burrell scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2. The effort marked the most stolen bases she has had since back in April of 2024.

Burrell and St. John's will head out to take on Bishop Ireton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cadets got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cardinals thanks in part to Burrell: she went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
