Football Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Southeast Career Tech's Tenth in Last 11 Outings

Arbor View came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Southeast Career Tech, but Leyla Randolph wouldn't allow it. The Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners rang in the new year with a 19-6 win over the Arbor View Aggies on Thursday thanks in part to Randolph, who rushed for 112 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 85 yards and two touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Southeast Career Tech is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.6 points per game. As for Arbor View, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Coincidentally, Southeast Career Tech and Arbor View will both be playing Rancho the next time they take the field. Southeast Career Tech will head out to face Rancho at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Arbor View will play them later in the day, at 8:00 a.m.
