             Davidson was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They were beaten by the McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets 42-13. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings  (they are ranked 155th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 42nd).
 Davidson's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Edward Harrison, who rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, and  Terrance Gray, who rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Harrison really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 74-yard run.
 Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for McGill-Toolen,  the  victory  got them back to even at 3-3.
 Davidson will challenge Daphne at 12:00  p.m.  on Friday. Daphne's defense has only allowed 17.4  points per game  this season, so Davidson's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for McGill-Toolen, they will have some time to savor their  win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Blount at 7:00  p.m.  on October 10th.
