After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Decatur, Federal Way was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Kent-Meridian Royals get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Royals: they've now won seven in a row.

Eva Adriano made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Adriano was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

In other batting news, Federal Way let Meeghan Meagher and Caylyn Baxter run wild. Meagher went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs, while Baxter went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
