Taos is 0-10 against Los Alamos since June of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Tigers will head out on the road to challenge the Hilltoppers at 3:00 p.m. Taos is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

Taos is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Grants. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly five runs.

Taos saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miguel Garcia, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Los Alamos and Moriarty had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Hilltoppers were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Pintos on Wednesday. The Hilltoppers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by ten runs or more this season.

Los Alamos' victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Taos, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
