Soccer Recap: Flushing's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

After flying high against Cardozo last Friday, Flushing came back down to earth. The Red Devils fell just short of the Bayside Commodores by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The loss was Flushing's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Flushing fell to 4-1. As for Bayside, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Flushing and Bayside will both be playing Van Buren the next time they take the pitch. The Red Devils will host the Vee Bees on Saturday, while the Commodores will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
