Soccer Recap: Standing Bear Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Standing Bear was not quite Norris's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Norris this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-1 back in April.

Standing Bear's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Norris, they moved to 5-10 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Standing Bear does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Norris, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Lincoln Lutheran/Raymond Central/Parkview Christian on the 5th.
