Soccer Recap: Woodinville's Undefeated Season over After 11 Games

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Woodinville finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of the Mount Si Wildcats by a score of 2-1. If Woodinville were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to Mount Si when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Having lost for the first time this season, Woodinville fell to 10-1. As for Mount Si, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-1-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Woodinville will face off against rival Bothell/Inglemoor at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mount Si is set to challenge their familiar foe Newport - Bellevue at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
