Volleyball Recap: Mamaroneck Comes Up Short

Mamaroneck saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Glastonbury Guardians by a score of 1-0.

Mamaroneck's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Glastonbury, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-2 record this season.

Mamaroneck will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Harrison at 4:30 p.m. on October 23. As for Glastonbury, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Ardsley on the 27th.
