There's no place like home for Minuteman Regional, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Lowell Catholic Crusaders with a sharp 12-2 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Minuteman, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Minuteman Regional has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lowell Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Minuteman Regional will take on Blue Hills RVT at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lowell Catholic, they will host Northeast Metro RVT at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
