Volleyball Recap: Peter Chriss and Coen Chou Secure Win for Menlo-Atherton

Menlo-Atherton won the last time they faced Mills and things went their way on Monday too. The Bears blew past the Vikings 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

While Menlo-Atherton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-10, 25-23.

Leading Menlo-Atherton to victory were Coen Chou and Peter Chriss. Chou had 18 assists and two aces, while Chriss hit 62.5% for ten kills and 16 assists and two blocks. Chou has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last ten times he's played.

Menlo-Atherton's win bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Mills, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-13.
