Grant's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against the Chavez Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Grant now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Chavez, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-2.

Grant will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Notre Dame (SO) at 1:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Chavez, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Chatsworth on the 13th.
