On Saturday, the Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds humbled the Michigan School for the Deaf Tartars with a 45-8 victory. The Firebirds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 25 points or more this season.

Wisconsin School for the Deaf has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.3 points per game. As for Michigan School for the Deaf, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Wisconsin School for the Deaf didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-25 win against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf on the 25th.
